Filters

Filters

On sale are always in stock: discs, plastic and inox mesh, manual, or semi-automatic, size 3/4 “, 1”, 1 1/4 “, 1 1/2”, 2 “and 3”, with or without flush valves, rotary disc filters, hydrocyclonic sand separation filters, sand filters for water purification from open water streams and filter plants with adequate automation, flow meters and self-rinsing.

F1000

Hydrocyclonic sand separator creates a centrifugal movement of water inside the filter, thereby separating sand particles and other large particles from the water. The separate weight of the particles drops to the bottom of the filter where they are collected in the lower reservoir, which can easily be washed. The F1000 is available in sizes of 1.5 “, 2”, 3 “, 4”, 6 “, 8” and 10 “. Working pressure is 8 bar, maximum pressure 10 bar. This type of filter is used as a primary filter for water-purifying water (eg wells, etc.)

F2000 – sand filter, uses sand as the main water purification medium. Sand filters are the most efficient filtration solution for water that is highly contaminated with algae and bacteria, organic materials, or other impurities that are commonly found in open streams (lakes, rivers, reservoirs, canals) and recycled water systems. Filtration occurs by passing water between sand particles or silicones inside the filter, and thus the particles of impurities remain bound to the moment of self-flushing. F2000 uses a layer of sand of depth of 40cm to extract the impurities from the water. Cleaning these filters is done by flushing clean water in the opposite direction of movement, so it is always recommended to install more filters of this type on a regular basis, or install another type of filter that will serve to purify water for the needs of washing the sand filter. A complete automation can be used for rinsing, or the rinse process can be manually performed. The F2000 is available in sizes 2 “, 3” and 4 “.

F3200 – automatic, metal mesh filter, hydraulically operated, is an ideal solution for automatic filter stations where electric power as a power source is not available. The F3200 filter combines the continuous movement of the mechanism with suckers to remove any impurities from the filter net. The F3200 is used as a primary filter for water purification with a high amount of dirt up to 50 ppm, from rivers, lakes, wells, reservoirs and recycled water. The F3200 is a continuous self-cleaning filter, which means that the cleaning process does not interrupt the irrigation process. Available in sizes 2 “to 20” with different water filtration fineness of 100, 130 and 200 microns. The F3200 can be angular, parallel-elongated and parallel. Working pressure is 8 bar, maximum pressure 10 bar.

F3300

Automatic, metal network filter, electric
managed, the same characteristics as the F3200 with one difference
that instead of the hydraulic drive of the cleaning mechanism, F3300
uses an electric motor.

F6100 – a plastic net filter, contains a large surface water filtering net, which allows for a longer period between cleaning the cartridge net and allows purification of a larger amount of water in the unit of time. Available in size from ¾ “, 1”, 1¼ “, 1½”, 2 “and 3”.

F6200 – plastic, semi-automatic net filter – contains a large mesh surface that allows purification of a larger amount of water in the unit of time and increases the period of time between cleaning. The F6200 is used as a primary filter in small systems, or as a backup (correction) filter in large systems. The F6200 has a mechanism for cleaning the mesh and a filter dirt indicator that signals when to start cleaning. The cleaning and rinsing process is technically solved so that it is not necessary to interrupt the irrigation process during cleaning. The F6200 is available in a size of 2 “and 3”.

The F7000 – plastic disc filter – is used as a primary filter in small systems, or as a corrective (backup) filter in large systems. This filter can stop and retain a large amount of solid particles due to the surface and size of the discs. The F7000 has a nylon body, reinforced with fiberglass, and on the inner shaft there are a series of stacked polypropylene discs. Available in sizes 1 “, 1½”, 2 “and 3”.

Connection couplings

Connection couplings, which for many years now are installed in irrigation systems, are of exceptional durability, they are not cool and easy to mount, whether PE pipes, PVC pipes, or reinforced hoses. All sizes: 9, 16, 17 and 20 mm, with or without valves, and with us you can also purchase connectors and tape adhesives and hard-strips, PE for hoses PN 4 and other equipment.

PE couplings and fittings

We always have quality joints for overhead lines and distribution of water for irrigation, but also high quality fittings for underground lines and systems with higher pressure. Professional, advanced irrigation systems are mainly made of PVC wires and fittings, mostly adhesive with two-component adhesives.
