Strawberry seedlings

The production of strawberries in Serbia is going through a period of great transformations. Although there is a significant potential for development, many problems that burden the manufacturers do not allow for stable growth. First of all, it is necessary to develop cultivation technology in protected areas, or under low tunnels, so that the genus will not collapse due to abundant precipitation at the time of harvest, that is, we could safely export premium quality to the German market. With healthy and strong planting material, a good integrated protection program, the use of useful microorganisms, precise mineral nutrition and irrigation, and advanced foliar nutrition programs, it is possible to achieve far higher yields and quality. Green hit as your future partner in projects for the most demanding markets keeps constant contact with the best nurseries in Italy, Spain and Germany, as well as with the most prestigious selection centers. In addition, the NATU GRO concept, developed in cooperation with our foreign partners, provides premium quality and health safety, a high content of polyphenols and the best export prices.

Romina

New Italian variety, exceptional taste and very high biological value of the fruit. This very early variety, with ripening time, is equated with Alb and is suitable for breeding in continental climate conditions. The fruits are rustic, spicy bright red colors, excellent flavor. This medium-yield variety has fruits that are characterized by high content of anthocyanins and total antioxidant capacity, which this low-acid content recommends for the sale on stems.

Clery

Standard, well-known Italian variety, extraordinary taste and very high biological value of the fruit (high antioxidant activity). This very early variety, which is matched with time by Albu, is suitable for breeding in continental climate conditions. Requires at least 700 hours of exposure to low temperatures. It’s more susceptible to frosting and gray rot. The fruits are rustic, spicy bright red, of great taste and smell. This medium-yield variety has sweet fruits, which this variety, with low acid content, recommends both for export and for sale on stalls and grocery stores.

Alba

A very early variety that does not delay or ripen with respect to the earliest known varieties, or only a day or two after the earliest varieties arrives. It is very large variety, conical, very uniform, bright red and bright fruits, with small glass leaflets and very nice visual impression. Excellent adaptability and resistance to disease, so it can be successfully cultivated on harder and slightly alkaline soils. In good conditions, the average yield per hedge is from 0.75 to 0.85 kg, which is a very high yield for early varieties. This variety also produces very well in the second year of planting, throughout the harvest period. The quality of the fruit is good and very stable, so it is extremely tolerant of transport and manipulation. Briks is on the level of sweet varieties, but it has slightly higher acid content in the fruit. The fruits are very hard with a penetration resistance of 35-38 g / cm2. The average fruit weight is 27-30 g, but full and very large fruits and over 50 g. With this variety, the perception, growth of the fruit and ripening are very concentrated. The harvest does not last more than ten to fifteen days, with very uniform quality from beginning to end. The variety is primarily intended for export to distant markets, such as Russia, because the fruits are solid and have a high “Sheffield”, which means a longer period in transport and sales. When it takes some time in the cold, it is even more delicious because it reduces the acid content of the fruit and to a lesser extent the vitamin C.

Asia

Early varieties, which ripen in relation to Albu, are delayed for 5 to 6 days. Plants are upright, lush, resistant to root diseases. The fruits are attractive, large, conical, very uniform, exceptional bright red colors and shine, with very attractive glass leaflets. Thanks to high sugar content and balanced acidity, the taste is extremely good, very close to the taste of Elsanta. Although the fruits are not of high strength, there are no serious problems and damages in harvesting, and the period of marketability (syllabus) is very long. It is excellent transportability if within 30 minutes after harvest, a chill is made. The average yield per plant in good conditions is 0.9 to 1.1 kg. Average fruit weight, 26 to 30 g, and penetration resistance 30 to 35 g / cm2. It is also excellent in the open field and in greenhouses and hydroponic production. Asia is one of the most interesting newly-selected species of varieties that is of great interest, especially in the barbaric-aleksin sub-region. We believe that it can perfectly serve for export to the Western European market. Excellent resistance to freezing from low winter temperatures. It should be preventively shielded from ash, especially during warm and moist autumn.

Roxana

HR: Tm:0-2

One of the most important strawberry varieties, solid fruits, intended for sale in remote markets. It has a very lush plant, high resistance to root disease, and tolerance to Oidium fragariae and Xantomonas fragariae, partly to Collectotrichum acutatum. Roxana has very large, uniform, attractive fruits, elongated-shaped shape, medium consistency, bright red colors, good taste and high commercial value. It is very yielding in autumn production and hydroponic production in bags. Average yield per hectare in good conditions is 1 to 1.2 kg. The average weight of the fetus is 26-28 g and the penetration resistance is high 30-33 g / cm2, but not as with Alba. Berba is late for Marmolada for 2 days, Asia for 8 days and 10 to 11 days for Albom. It fits perfectly at higher altitudes and lower daily and night temperatures. Even in limited irrigation conditions, it yields high yields up to 1 kg per hedge.

Cristina

Very late and very yielding variety of strawberries, intended for sale in local markets. This variety of rustic appearance works well on terrains that are not subject to disinfection by fumigation, because the variety is highly resistant to soil pathogens, so the same can be cultivated for more seasons. It can also grow on alkaline earths, heavier mechanical composition with higher carbonate content in the soil. Kristina has very large, uniform, attractive fruits, elongated to short-skirt appearance, good consistency, bright red color, very sweet taste and high commercial value. The surface of the fruit is sensitive to mechanical damage, and careful final harvesting in the vessels is recommended, without subsequent manipulation and intent. Average yield per hectare in good conditions is 1 to 1.2 kg. The average weight of the fetus is from 32 to over 35 g. In relation to Roxan comes on picking 5 to 6 days later, and in relation to Albu, it is 15 to 16 days later.

Syria

The medium-sized variety was selected in Italy. It is characteristic that a strong plant is tolerant of the most common strawberry disease. The fruits are medium-sized, conical, intense red, very good taste and excellent consistency for fresh consumption, processing and freezing. The fruits are extremely resistant to damage from rain and rot. Syria is a variety whose fruits are highly resilient to transport and have a very long shelf life. It is recommended for production in the open field and gives excellent results in two-year production. Extremely high brick.
